Our Programs

G-Force throws awesome birthday parties! We do all the work and you just sit back and enjoy your child having the time of their lives! 60 minutes of gym fun and 30 minutes for cake and presents is sure to leave kids with a smile on their face!

Birthday Parties at G-Force Gymnastics -

Supervised unstructured time that allows extra practice and recreational time for members, their friends and the public. Come in and work on your favorite events and try to master the skills that are giving you trouble!! *Must have a signed registration form on file and must be filled out by a parent in order to attend

Ages 6 and Up

Saturdays - 2:30pm- 4:30pm

$10.00 per athlete (member) $15.00 (non-member)

Date Night Alert!! Drop your kiddos off for a fun filled evening while you enjoy a couple of hours relaxing! They will have Open Gym, play games, eat pizza and watch a movie!

Ages 6 and over
One Saturday per month from 6:00pm-10:00pm

$30.00 per child (member)/$35 per non-member ($25 for second sibling and $20 for each additional sibling)

Private Sessions are designed as a 1-on-1 program to help an individual achieve specific gymnastics goals. Private Sessions are designed as a 1-on-1 program to help an individual achieve specific gymnastics goals. In a private session, coaches will discuss and create a specific progressive workout plan to help achieve the goal as well as build strength and confidence. Examples of those taking private lessons include gymnasts, cheerleaders, as well as those doing acro-stunting and horse vaulting., coaches will discuss and create a specific progressive workout plan to help achieve the goal as well as build strength and confidence.
